Green Thumb Sunday - Gigantic Basil

This basil is awesome. It's called Lettuce Leaf M Lettuce. I see why they call it that. I made pesto this morning for the green bean salad I posted about a few weeks ago. I'll show pictures of the salad later. It's very yummy though...I alrady tasted it.

  1. Now that's what I call BASIL!!! I just planted some Thai Basil last weekend, but I'm expecting some average sized leaves on that! Happy Easter!

  3. Hi Danielle,

You just reminded me that I have a packet of "Black opal" basil I need to sow before I forget again. Nice plant.

  4. Danielle, I'm so jealous of your fresh basil! Gorgeous. I've heard of the lettuce leaf variety, but have never tried it. It looks fabulous!
