I found something to do with all those chilies from the garden. I made a flavorful hot sauce. It is delicious! I took lots of pictures and will do a HOW TO later tonight.I even entered the recipe into a salsa contest. Check it out here (bakespace.com) and vote if you think it's good. Thanks to Ruth for inspiring me to do this and Michelle for urging me to enter it to bakespace.

You posted up the recipe in May of 07 and the website you show says that they are (apparently) editing the directions of how to produce it. I'd be interested in being able to see the directions and simply wonder why you did not post them instead of referring them to a site where you have no control.
