Grapette Ground Orchid (Spathoglottis Grapette)

This dwarf grapette ground orchid is a very popular plant around my area. Before I divided mine into 11 baby plants, it bloomed for 5 months straight. Now, another 5 months later, it's blooming again. I can't wait for the other 10 baby plants to begin flowering!

  1. What are you doing to get it to bloom? Mine hasn't since I planted it.

  2. I have no idea. I irregularly fertilize it with Bloom Booster. It's the only one of 11 that remains on the north east corner of the house. Maybe it love the light it gets. The other are facing west and look good, but no blooms.

  3. They love sun and water. The lady I bought mine from said water every few days. Not much was happening. I began to water everyday twice a day and a little 20-20-20 every 2 weeks and mine have spikes growing everywhere.
