I am a Professor of Nursing at National University in San Diego, California and gardening has become an excellent stress reliever.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have a 4 croton plants about 2 ft in height in a 36 inch pot. Leave the allamanda in water for a couple weeks until it grows roots. The croton can be planted right away.
